Description

Locations: Dallas (DAL) Impact: Citrix WAAP Engineering will be performing an emergency maintenance to upgrade our WAF infrastructure in the Dallas WAF scrubbing center. As a result, there will be an approximate six hours of downtime where customers will not be able to alter configurations as provisioning will be locked during the duration of the maintenance. Dear Customer, As part of our program to continuously improve our services, we are relocating several of our scrubbing nodes to provide improved resilience and direct access to more Tier1 and Tier2 providers. In all cases, we are moving to alternative datacenters in the same geographical region so there should be no change in latency or dataflow. We are planning to move the Frankfurt (FRA) node on May 20th at 22:00 UTC. The migration is expected to take less than 72 hours to complete during which traffic will be diverted to other datacenters. Customers who use Frankfurt as a clean traffic peering point may see their BGP sessions momentarily go down and will see clean traffic shift to their backup site peer/s. No reconfiguration will be required on customer equipment or networks. If you have direct connections, ECX, or virtual circuits terminating in Frankfurt, we will reach out to you to go through the process and make necessary adjustments to minimize the risk of disruption to your networks. Please let us know when your technical team is available for a meeting to review the current deployment and the options available to maintain your protection during the migration.
